State-Level Government Jobs

Recruitment of State government is done by the state government of the respective state.  There 28 states and 7 union territories in India. In state-level jobs, candidates from that state get preference in job selection. Each state needs employees to do work so they recruit the eligible candidate for the state government job.  Some popular states of India are Delhi, Punjab, Bihar, UP, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odisha, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, HP, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, etc.

Examples of job openings at the state level are police jobs, teaching jobs in state-level colleges and universities, etc.
